Spark Labs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects the following information when you use ClawOS: • Account Information: Your email address (used for sign-in via one-time code) • Subscription Data: Subscription status and billing information (processed by Apple — we don't see your payment details) • Usage Data: Message counts, feature usage, and app interaction data to improve the product • Device Information: Device token for push notifications, timezone, and device type • Conversation Data: Your chat messages are stored in our database to enable the service • Files: Paid subscribers' files are stored on Azure Files in a private, per-user directory, including any API keys you configure in your workspace

• To provide and operate the ClawOS service • To deliver push notifications and Daily Briefings • To manage your subscription and account • To improve the product based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns • To respond to your support requests We do not use your data for advertising. We do not build ad profiles. We do not sell your information.

ClawOS connects to third-party services to provide its functionality: • Free Tier: Messages are processed by Google's Gemini API through our Supabase Edge Function. Google's data policies apply to AI processing. • Paid Tier: Messages are processed by your chosen AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.) using your own API key. That provider's data policies apply. We do not access or log these conversations. • Integrations: When you connect third-party services (Telegram, Notion, etc.), data flows between your OpenClaw container and those services. Each third-party service has its own privacy practices. ClawOS is an AI assistant that can take autonomous actions on your behalf, including sending data to external services. You are responsible for understanding what data you share through ClawOS and the integrations you enable.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with: • Infrastructure Providers: Supabase (auth, database), Microsoft Azure (container hosting, file storage), Cloudflare (tunneling) — subject to their respective data processing agreements • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including: • JWT-based authentication for all API requests • Per-user isolation for containers and file storage • TLS encryption for all data in transit • Path traversal protection on the file API However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and provide the service "as is."

• Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active • Chat Messages: Retained as long as your account is active. Free-tier messages processed by Gemini are subject to Google's retention policies. • Files: Retained in your private Azure Files directory while subscribed. After cancellation, files are retained for a grace period before deletion. • Account Deletion: You can request full account deletion by emailing support@spark.ooo. We will delete your data within 30 days.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: • Access, correct, or delete your personal information • Export your data • Opt out of marketing communications • Restrict or object to certain processing To exercise these rights, email us at support@spark.ooo.

Our marketing website uses minimal cookies for analytics (Vercel Analytics). The iOS app does not use cookies. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.

ClawOS is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of ClawOS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
