Terms of Service

By accessing or using any services provided by Spark Labs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including ClawOS and related products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

Spark Labs provides ClawOS, an AI-powered personal assistant for iOS. The service includes a free tier with limited AI chat and a paid subscription that provides a dedicated cloud container, unlimited AI conversations, integrations with third-party services, and file storage. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

ClawOS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. ClawOS is an AI assistant capable of performing autonomous actions, including but not limited to: • Sending messages to external services (Telegram, Slack, email, etc.) • Reading, writing, and deleting files in your workspace • Interacting with third-party APIs and integrations • Executing scheduled tasks (cron jobs, alerts) • Taking actions based on its interpretation of your instructions You are solely responsible for all actions taken by ClawOS on your behalf. The AI may misinterpret instructions, take unintended actions, or produce inaccurate results. You should review and verify any actions or outputs before relying on them. Spark Labs disclaims all liability for any consequences arising from the use of ClawOS, including but not limited to data loss, unauthorized access, financial loss, reputational harm, or any other damages.

The paid tier requires you to provide your own API key from your preferred AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.). You are responsible for all usage and charges incurred through your API key. Your API key is stored in your private file workspace within your dedicated container. If you believe your key has been compromised, revoke it immediately through your AI provider's console.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The ClawOS subscription is $19.99 per month, billed through Apple's App Store via StoreKit. You can cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, at which point you revert to the free tier. Refunds are handled directly through Apple; to request a refund, visit your purchase history in the App Store. We may change our fees at any time with reasonable notice.

You agree not to use ClawOS to: • Violate any applicable law or regulation • Harm, harass, threaten, or defraud others • Distribute malware or engage in unauthorized access to systems • Generate content that is illegal, abusive, or violates third-party rights • Circumvent any usage limits or security measures • Use the AI to make decisions in high-stakes domains (medical, legal, financial) without independent professional verification We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of this policy.

ClawOS is powered by OpenClaw, an open-source project. The ClawOS iOS app, branding, and service infrastructure are owned by Spark Labs and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content you create using ClawOS belongs to you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spark Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ClawOS. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from AI actions, data loss, service interruptions, integration failures, or any other aspect of the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Spark Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of ClawOS, your violation of these terms, or any actions taken by the AI on your behalf.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of ClawOS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Washington State.
